Ben Minton

Ben eats, breathes, and sleeps mortgages. He talks about it in casual conversation until people are tired of hearing it and ask him to shut up. He moved a lot as a kid and became infatuated with the home buying process as a young adult. After getting into the mortgage business, the focus became how to get as many people as possible into homes with the absolute lowest interest rates and closing costs available. Being the busiest loan officer isn’t enough for him. He’s obsessed with being ultra-cheap and making a good living from volume, rather than off the backs of each customer.

​When he isn’t talking mortgages from daylight until dark, he spends as much time as he can with his wife, Heather, the co-owner of the Mortgage Hub, his son Brady, who is also a mortgage broker at the Mortgage Hub, his son Hayden, an ultra-talented drummer in an alt-rock band, and his teenaged son Dylan, who is a sports encyclopedia.
